TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
Minimums: We ask that your minimum purchase be at least $150.00. Although, there are no minimum purchase requirements. All orders of $350 or more receive Free Shipping.
Shipping: Please allow up to 5 - 10 days for orders shipped via UPS and longer if shipped by US Postal Services. Accelerated delivery is available upon request. We do not ship COD.
Low Price: We make it our aim and mission to provide you with quality merchandise at the lowest price possible. There is no great markup that allows for refunds. We will price match if information is provided at the time of the purchase. Price match adjustments may affect special discounts or coupons currently being offered.
Damages: To ensure excellent quality, there is a 4-point inspection of all merchandise before it leaves the warehouse, and is also inspected by a customer service rep when received by ACFASHIONS1. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. Not responsible for damages incurred after receipt, or for items that have been worn for any reason. (Please follow the procedure for returning merchandise as stated in the Return Procedure.)
Refused: Orders that are refused or not accepted will have a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges and fees. Restock fees apply to same-day cancellations.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
All Catalog Sales Final. Returns are accepted for non-catalog items, purchased by phone, with limitations. You have 3 days to review your merchandise. Call our customer services number at 501-301-0603 within those 3 days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. No late returns are accepted.
Only send back the styles items that have been approved. No unauthorized styles will be accepted.
When returning your package, Write the RA number on the outside of the return box and ship it back to us within three days of obtaining the RA number. It is recommended to us a traceable carrier (like UPS or Express Mail) as we are not responsible for lost merchandise. If the RA number is not located outside of the returned box or package, it will be at risk of being refused and returned back to you at your additional cost.
Please repackage the return in the condition it arrived to you with the hanger, original tags in tack, and unworn. Please be sure to place the original garment bag back over the item.
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will credit you account less freight charges, any unforeseen fees, and 15% restocking fee.
We do not pay freight cost for returning either unwanted or damaged merchandise. We do not issue call tags.
